With Payhip, they take 5% + ~3.3% = ~8.5% in commissions.

We take 0% (our cut) + ~3.3% (PayPal/Stripe) = ~3.3% in commissions.

That's the main difference.

When you have tens of thousands of dollars in sales, the difference will be very significant.

Also we have a ton of features like flash sales, order bumps, bundles, upsells, cart abandonment, embeddable checkouts, testimonials, content gating, PDF stamping to deter piracy, a sh*t ton of integrations, etc. etc. that they don't have.

They're pretty stagnant and haven't added features in months, we're constantly releasing new stuff every week.
