And we've made it refreshingly fair to use. There's no mandatory monthly AI subscription — the AI features run on one-time credits that you only buy when you want them. Grab 1,000 credits for just $10. Credits are pay-as-you-go and metered by real usage, so a quick reply can cost as little as 1 credit, while heavier jobs use a bit more, and you're never paying for AI you don't touch. And Tier 3 and up come with credits included, so higher tiers can start putting AI to work right away. 💳
The full deal lifecycle: Documents 📝
This one's big. AgencyPro now handles your entire document workflow in one place — Proposals, Quotes, and Contracts — and it connects them end to end. A proposal can automatically become a contract, and once that contract is signed it can convert straight into an invoice, with the invoice sent and the client notified for you. Prefer something simpler? An accepted quote can convert into an invoice on its own too. Your deal moves from "yes" to "paid" without you lifting a finger.
