Q: Mapping the DRIVE to Windows File Explorer (such as WebDAV)
Is there a way to map the DRIVE to Windows File Explorer, such as through WebDAV? This would make it much easier to synchronize folders, for example. That would be a fantastic feature!

Hi, thanks for the update! It’s great to hear that the desktop and mobile apps are scheduled for release next month. Will I be able to sync a folder or schedule backups? Please share more details so I can decide whether to keep my Tier 4 plan. By the way, I bought two Tier 4 plans.
Q: Two Workspaces in the Same Account + Firefox Login Issue
I purchased Tier 4 and would like to know whether I can buy another Tier 4 and use it on the same account (dashboard). At the moment, I have one AppSumo workspace and one free-plan workspace. I’d like to have two Tier 4 workspaces under the same user dashboard. Is that possible, or would I need to sign up with a different email address?
There is an issue logging in with Firefox. I was only able to access the dashboard using Chromium-based browsers.

A user (with the same email login) can have multiple workspaces with different licenses/subscriptions. Each workspace has its own dashboard; these workspaces are fully independent of each other.
I opened a ticket and sent a video with the Firefox login issue. As for the 2nd account in the same dashboard. Can you send me a guide as to how to add the second AppSumo license key?
You release a new and so called spearate product and sell it as superb new deal. All former tier 4/tier5 buyers have now 10GB total instead of 5GB per user, and the retentions time of former tier 5 was 90 days for long storage not 30 days.
Why dont you grandfather existing 2024 Tier 5 users to new tier4?

A: We hear you! A couple of corrections though: the 10 GB limit you mentioned applies per user on the old plan, not as a total. And the 90-day retention you're referring to is Long-term Storage, which is still available on your plan. BLAZE Quantum is a new product with a different architecture and feature set, which is why it's listed separately. This was reviewed and approved by the AppSumo team...
I'm not satisfied. There should be an upgrade to what you have now. I suggest following the example of other products like Visualsitemaps. Heffl etc., which have delivered new sales on Appsumo and upgraded old to new, higher limits.
