I purchased this service and do love what it does and the cost is great compared to Docusign. However, despite having no issue taking my payment, when I try logging in and they are to send a code to do so (like many services do for authentication), I don't get the code. Tried several times and then they make you wait at least 29 minutes to try again. This is not acceptable. Their service BOT is no help. They just say to email the service department. I do that and I get a canned message that they will address my issue within in 72 hours. That is unacceptable. I would rather they charge a tad more and have a text service to send codes or a real human to answer calls. It takes away all the benefits if they cannot help customers.

Not happy as I need access to these documents when I log in - not as much as 72 hours later.

I have asked for a refund and will have to find a different service that can help customers in a timely manner when something is an issue. It is a real shame.

I uses All of App Sumo Original Products Including TidyCal, SendFox, Email Badge, King Sumo, Form Robin and Breeze Doc!! Being a Freelancer and Blogger having agreements signed is very important. Finding this tool with the life time deal I don’t have to use other tools that are very expensive. I used it the very first day I purchased.
I would like to see the App Sumo Original Products Team to create an AI Powered CRM for us Freelancers that can connect with TidyCal, Form Robin, Breeze Doc and a File Delivery System. That would be Awesome 😎

This is suitable for 98 percent of users and does what it does perfectly. 0 deliverability issues, works every time, reasonably professional looking. I would recommend signify of course over this if it ever comes back but that's if you have a bigger budget and more professional needs. Most of the e-sign platforms that come by here do not work half as well as this and are plagued with issues, breezedoc gets it right at far less for cost.

The Agency Plan is misleading. Your team members cannot work independently with BreezeDoc.

Support's response... This is expected behavior.

"Thanks for reaching out, and I understand how confusing this can be.

When you’re added as a team member under an Agency account, your own BreezeDoc account will still appear as a Free plan. This is expected behavior. The paid Agency features are applied at the document or workflow level created under the Agency owner’s account.

This means that if the Agency owner creates documents or templates and adds you as a team member or signer within those, those documents will inherit the Agency features (such as branding removal and other paid options), even though your personal account still displays as Free.

If the owner wants you to work with Agency-level features, they can create or manage the documents/templates in the main Agency account and assign you there."

And, the cherry on top...

"Automatic refunds are currently disabled, but don't worry, our Sumo-ling support team is here to assist! Thanks for understanding and being part of our AppSumo family."

Works as advertised and is very user-friendly. However, the agency access isn't automatically extended to the team, which caused a hiccup in our deployment. I emailed support on Feb 25 but still haven't received a response. I'm not sure a 72-hour response SLA works in this case, especially for an issue like ours. Rating 3 tacos for now—I'll gladly give the other 2 tacos once my concern has been resolved.

Update: As of Feb 27, still no response from support, took away 1 taco.
