I am going to be honest I have not actually used notion much but the features in Buildin are great. I previously used a different tool but stopped because they added AI and it became too messy. It makes more sense to me that something that is suppose to organize thoughts and ideas ... to have a very clean and not distracting user interface. It makes such a huge difference in being able to make whatever it is you want to. It did not take long for me to understand how to use it and when I realized how much I like it I came back and upgraded my tier. I am currently building a database for all the workings and documentation for a business. It is easy to see pages and navigate. It is also straight forward and simple to share. Highly recommend it especially if you dislike clutter and value a clean distraction free page to work on.

There's tons of good stuff to say about Buildin.

It's a legit alternative to Notion.

And on top of that, you can sell without needing some other platform.

But honestly, what I love most is how fast it is.

Clean UI, smooth experience, super quick, and zero problems.

I am a Notion user, but this app has a few nice features, such as folders and display views that are different to Notion. I am into the app, hoping it will continue to evolve.
A few desired developments:
1/ Send an email to the app, an Inbox, and it is transformed into a page.
2/ Offline pages
3/ BYOK, although I want to also see long-term sustainability

Similar to Notion, but has some extras. App is super fast and lightweight on my MacBook. I really like the mindmaps and AI summaries and other capabilities.
The people behind it seem to be very capable. I'm not giving up Obsidian but for an LTD this is a no-brainer to me. And if you want to sell digital products this app also provides a unique option on the market.

I love this app! I’ve never been a Notion user—I’ve stuck strictly to Google Docs and basic systems—but I’m genuinely excited for this new journey with Buildin. The deals are fair; there are no restrictions, The big differences are mostly storage space and AI credits etc, which makes it easy to just grab exactly what you need without feeling like you're missing out on features. Highly recommended!
