Very user friendly
The platform runs more smooth than others I’ve compared it to. It correctly recognizes 90% of the words in my native language, and I can easily edit the rest. I found two features missing: the ability to adjust the timestamps for specific sentences, and the option to export subtitles without the video (with a transparent background). Matt from CaptionBolt responded to my feedback immediately, and it looks like something can be done about it—so, thumbs up for his commitment to improving the platform based on user feedback.
