Overview of Credits

One message credit is one message sent by the chatbot to the user.

Messages sent from the user to the chatbot are free. For example, if the user sends 2 messages to the chatbot and the chatbot responds with 2 messages, then 2 message credits are used. Based on our statistics, a single conversation between the chatbot and the user has 5 chatbot responses.

Using higher AI models causes more message credits to be used for each response:

GPT-4.1-mini: 1 credit/message
GPT-5-mini: 1 credit/message
GPT-4o-mini: 1 credit/message
Google Gemini 2.5 Flash: 1 credit/message
GPT-5.4-mini: 3 credits/message
Google Gemini 3 Flash: 3 credits/message

We built ChatLab because we were tired of AI bots that were great in screenshots and weak in real work.

We wanted something that could actually help teams handle support and sales across chat, email, voice, and real workflows, with less robotic nonsense, less repetition, and less wasted time.
