We know it’s been a while since CX Genie was paused on AppSumo, and we want to thank you for your patience. Here’s a transparent update on what we’ve been working on and what’s changed.

Whitelabel fixed
Since releasing our Whitelabel (Bot Member) feature in early August, your feedback surfaced several scoping issues where a Bot Member’s access wasn’t properly isolated to their assigned bot, including ticket visibility, form builder access, and reporting leaking across bots instead of staying scoped. We’ve fixed all of these:

• Bot Members now see and manage only the tickets, forms, and data belonging to their assigned bot

• Permission labels and UI have been cleaned up to clearly reflect single-bot scope

• View-only roles no longer see management or delete controls they shouldn’t have access to

This means whitelabel/reseller setups now work the way they should. And each client’s bot stays properly isolated.

GDPR compliance complete

• Our Privacy Policy, Terms of Service, and Cookie Policy are finalized and live on our website

• Our Data Processing Agreement (DPA) is ready for signature, and we’re actively collecting the information needed to get it signed with our first customers

We’ve heard the feedback on support turnaround times, and we’re not treating that lightly. We can confirm that our team is fully online and actively monitoring the deal page and supporting tickets to make sure questions get answered quickly. We’re staying close to this launch, not just for day one, but for the weeks after.
