Diaflow has received positive feedback for its intuitive interface, efficient multi-platform automation, and AI capabilities that streamline content production. Customers have also praised its secure data handling. However, there have been occasional reports of unresponsiveness in customer support and minor issues with integrations and credit consumption. Despite these minor hiccups, Diaflow remains a solid choice for those seeking a reliable automation platform. With a 3.9 rating and a 60-day money-back guarantee, it's worth considering for those in need of such a solution.

Update to the review: Great product, the support situation was unfortunate.

I’ve reconsidered my review and realized that I mainly evaluated the support rather than the product itself. In hindsight, that was unfair and probably also due to my impatience.

The server-side error happened to occur during the Chinese holidays, which was simply bad luck. Staffing shortages can happen during such periods (or due to illness), and that can unfortunately delay responses.

Therefore, I’d like to revise my rating: Diaflow as a product is fantastic. I was able to work very well with it and was genuinely impressed by its capabilities. Looking back, I regret returning the deal too quickly, and I can easily imagine purchasing Diaflow again, probably even at the highest tier.

Original review:
I initially had high expectations for Diaflow (AppSumo Tier 4), but right now it’s practically unusable for me: the Tables module is completely blocked. Every time I try to create a table—whether manually or via CSV import—I consistently get the server error “Oops! Something went wrong on our side”.

The real issue, however, is support: I’ve received no response to my requests (email + form) for over 14 days. Without tables, a core feature is missing, and without support there’s no indication of a solution.

Positive: Automations are extremely easy to create.
Negative: The core feature (Tables) is broken for me + support is unreachable. No feedback at all :(

As long as it doesn’t run reliably and support isn’t reachable, I unfortunately can’t recommend Diaflow. I returned Diaflow.

Hi there,

You're right—we dropped the ball. The Tables bug and 14-day support silence are unacceptable, and we take full responsibility.

We hit resource constraints during Lunar New Year while pushing daily feature releases, but that's no excuse for leaving you stranded. We've since fixed the Tables server error and overhauled our support process.

I've sent you a detailed email with...

theoretically awesome practically not

I looked really forword for this deal and bought the highest one. because i saw an youtube-transcritpion workflow which i needed, unfortunatelly does it not work. at least not when you like to save the transcript directly in your cloud, and also not google drive. additionally there is no way to autodetect the language of the youtube-transcript - so it fails if you use more than one language. additionally I send all my question to diaflow, that is more than a week ago and no answer. So theoretically a nice tool, but practically its not there yet and i would need a lot of other automation tools, to just use simple workflows i need - and that is not the idea behind an robust automation.

Hi there,

I completely understand your frustration—you invested in our top tier for a specific YouTube transcription workflow that isn't delivering.

You're right: the cloud save issues, missing language auto-detection, and week-long support silence show we're not where we need to be. However, could you please check the Youtube node, we are quite sure that we support auto language detection. I...

Excellent tools

I’m using Diaflow for end-to-end content automation to publish posts on a Facebook Page, and it’s honestly one of the most enjoyable workflow/automation tools I’ve worked with.
My real-world use case

My workflow is close to 30 nodes, but most of those are non-AI automation steps and are effectively “free” in terms of credits. The real credit usage comes from AI (I use Anthropic, so token cost is the main driver). My pipeline looks like this:
Pull content signals from email
Download an attached PDF
Send it through AI to extract/transform and write the post
Send the drafted post to Telegram (quick review/visibility)
Store it in a database
Publish to Facebook Page
Log the results to Google Sheets
On average, each post costs about 40–50 credits, and in my case that’s mostly due to AI/token usage — not the basic workflow nodes.

What feels truly worth it
Outstanding support: responsive, thoughtful, and genuinely helpful with real production workflows.
Fast product iteration: the web experience has improved dramatically compared to the early days. You can feel the team is shipping continuously.
Polished UX: building and maintaining larger flows is clear and manageable.

Constructive feedback (still 5 stars)
If Diaflow wants to be even more power-user friendly, I’d love to see:
More clarity and optimization around credits for basic actions (especially for “obvious utilities” like requests/logging/updates), while keeping AI cost transparent.
A clearer cost estimate before execution (expected credits/tokens), so users can predict spend with confidence.

Bottom line
If you’re building content automation — especially pipelines that include AI processing + publishing + logging — Diaflow is absolutely worth it. This isn’t a “cheapest possible hobby tool”; it’s a serious workflow platform aiming for reliability, UX, and strong support. For me, it’s an easy 5 stars.

On pricing/credits: I understand why the Founder/team structured it this way. Workflows that involve AI, parsing PDFs, API calls, retries, deliverability constraints, and reliability guarantees all come with real and sometimes unpredictable costs. If the product is built for business users who care about stability and compliance, a credit model that protects quality and prevents abuse can be perfectly reasonable.
That said, I do hope the team continues improving transparency around “what actually costs money” and further optimizes credits for basic non-AI actions so power users don’t feel nickel-and-dimed. And for users expecting near-zero pricing while running complex workflows, it’s worth being fair: this is a serious automation platform, not an unlimited free utility. Feedback grounded in real usage and operational realities helps the product improve far more than purely emotional complaints.

[UPDATED] Credits : ok for AI-powered actions, but not to send an email.

[EDIT] Thanks a lot for "We're focused on business users who need security, compliance, and reliability – not hobbyists looking for the absolute cheapest option.". Believe me or not, I'm not a hobbyist looking for the absolute cheapest option. You say Tier5 comes with 12k credits, aka 6k emails or 6k API calls. Hobbyist would maybe use Diaflow to send 6k emails per month, but I would recommand them to use their Gmail, instead. I'm a power user, automation expert, and with Tier5 any serious workflow using AI would consume min 50 credits, and up to 200 credits or more if your workflow is massively AI powered. So up to you guys, but there are lot of alternatives with better cost balance between AI-powered nodes and non-AI-powered nodes.
I have refunded, obviously. Before spending all credits for nothing, consider this as a thank you for being a hobbyist.

------

Diaflow is a great product, no doubt about it. The interface is polished, the UX is solid, and it clearly feels like a mature tool. Overall, working with it is genuinely enjoyable.

I also agree that AI has a cost, and allocating credits for AI, especially with BYOK, ,makes sense. That’s fine, and honestly, completely normal. But then: 2 credits just to send an email? 2 credits for a web request (IFTTT, etc.)? 2 credits for so many other basic actions? At that rate, it’s simply not usable, it’s not efficient at all.

AI costs have reduced, and since they can be unpredictable, paying via BYOK is understandable (and even normal, as said before). But other resources, storage aside, for example, don’t realistically cost “2 credits” every single time they’re used.

It’s a shame, because this pricing model is likely going to push me to try Diaflow for a bit and then request a refund. If you build any kind of complex workflow, even without AI, or while using BYOK, you’ll hit limits very quickly. I know I can buy credit packs, but I’m not going to do that just to send emails and update a Google Sheet.

Hi Robert,

Thank you for the thoughtful feedback and for recognizing the effort we've put into building a polished, mature product. We really appreciate you taking the time to share your perspective.
I'd like to address your concerns about our credit pricing, particularly for third-party API calls like sending emails or making web requests:

When you compare Diaflow to competitors like Zapier,...
