Really glad I discovered FacePop. The UI is simple, intuitive, and has everything I need, making it an easy, no-brainer purchase. Their support team is responsive and incredibly helpful. After trying it, I’m upgrading to the full tier.

I started using Facepop.io without really expecting much. I’ve experimented with other tools like this before, and most of them either felt bloated or took way too long to figure out. Facepop was different. The setup was quick, and within minutes I had it running on my website. The end result looked polished, not gimmicky or out of place.

The biggest difference I noticed was how it changed the feel of my site. Instead of the usual static elements, visitors are greeted by a real person on video. It immediately makes the experience feel more direct and less generic. I’ve seen people spend more time on the page, and engagement definitely improved compared to before.

Everything is laid out in a way that just makes sense. Uploading a video, adjusting the appearance, and placing it on my site didn’t require any technical knowledge. I also liked being able to tweak the look so it matched my site’s design, which helped it feel like a natural part of the page rather than something added as an afterthought.

Overall, it’s one of the few tools I’ve used that delivers what it promises without creating extra friction.

This is the type of product I like, it just works.. easy to setup and configure. Very smooth process and definitely a keeper!

I've been searching high and low for a platform that handles one simple task: collect video feedback from clients and embed it on our website. That's it. Full stop.

The problem? Everyone loads their product with unnecessary features to justify premium pricing. I get the business logic, but it doesn't solve my problem.

We tried Vibeo first. Too buggy. Then the dev team abandoned the platform entirely. Lame.

Almost immediately after getting that refund, I saw an AppSumo email for FacePop. Decided to give it a test drive.

We already have systems for project closeouts, automated emails, star ratings, and written reviews. FacePop plugs into that workflow perfectly as our video feedback solution. Easy setup, intuitive interface, and it just works. No bloat, no friction.

I found a UX issue and submitted a support ticket. They responded within hours. On a weekend. We went back and forth on the details, and they pushed the fix live.

That level of responsiveness speaks volumes about the team behind this product. If I could give more than 5 stars, I would.

The interface, even though it's only in English, is simple and intuitive. It does what it promises, and support is ready to solve small problems.
