ZevsMaticQ: Can Tier 1-3 handle a “comment PROMPT” CTA flow without Smart DM Automation?
My use case is simple: if someone comments “Prompt” on an Instagram post, Reel, or ad, I want FeedGuardians to detect that and automate the next step. I already understand keyword-triggered DM automation exists, but I need clarity on what Tier can actually do without it. Can Tier 1-3 detect the keyword and at least post a public auto-reply, or does the full “comment a word” flow require Smart DM Automation entirely? Please also confirm whether this works on posts, Reels, and paid ads, whether exact-match keywords and variations are supported, whether public reply + DM can run together, and whether Smart DM Automation is Tier 4 only or still requires a separate add-on.

Can do (via Knowledge Base / AI auto-reply):
- AI detects "PROMPT" comment, posts public reply using knowledge base answer.
- Works on IG + FB posts, Reels, ads (any comment webhook fires).
- Configure per-channel KB so "prompt" triggers the desired response text.
Can NOT do on Tier 1-3:
- Auto-DM the commenter. No keyword→DM trigger.
- No rule-based keyword automation UI (that's the dm-automation addon).
To get full "comment word → auto-DM" flow:
- Upgrade to AppSumo Tier 4, or
- Buy DM Automation addon separately (on paid/SaaS plans it's bundled; on AppSumo LTD it's the stack-up to T4).
