- I am managing multiple brands within our company with different brand voices (ie, one is b2b, one is b2c, etc). How would you recommend handling this? Do I need a separate login/plan for each brand, or can they all be managed under one profile?
- My use case is simple: if someone comments “Prompt” on an Instagram post, Reel, or ad, I want FeedGuardians to detect that and automate the next step. I already understand keyword-triggered DM automation exists, but I need clarity on what Tier can actually do without it. Can Tier 1-3 detect the keyword and at least post a public auto-reply, or does the full “comment a word” flow require Smart DM Automation entirely? Please also confirm whether this works on posts, Reels, and paid ads, whether exact-match keywords and variations are supported, whether public reply + DM can run together, and whether Smart DM Automation is Tier 4 only or still requires a separate add-on.
