I think it's great (except for the logo which makes me cringe)

Great:
- Easy to set up. It took perhaps 5 minutes for a basic orientation, and I'm ready for my first meeting on this platform.
- Fun meeting room layouts. Those definitely elevate the meeting.
- Very affordable alternative to Zoom and other meeting platforms. I can probably cancel my other subscription.
- No download necessary on phone. This is huge, especially if you sometimes meet with people who are less tech-savvy and get confused if they first have to download an app.

Only con so far:
I cringe every time I see the logo (I guess it's supposed to be a fried egg?).

A food-related logo coupled with the name Go Brunch makes it seem like this is a restaurant or foodie platform, not a meeting platform. This feels a bit weird when using it for professional meetings.

The logo also makes it harder for me to share this meeting platform with people who are vegans or animal advocates (even though they'd probably love this platform).

The logo shows up every time people connect to a meeting room and is the first thing they see, so this is a bigger deal than it might seem like, both for professionalism and inclusivity.

I think a more neutral logo would be more inclusive and also more reflective of what the app is actually about (better online meetings, not brunching at a restaurant).

So: 4 (or 4.5) stars as it is, 5 stars if it had a more neutral logo.

I hope that's constructive criticism as I really like the idea behind this app as well as its current execution.

So much value for your purchase

I've been using GoBrunch for over a year and realized that I haven't left a review! I've had zero issues, my community loves it and everything has worked like a charm. In case of questions, I've always gotten help quickly. The platform is evolving all the time and I've seen a lot of improvements already in one year. Alert!!! Problems with the platform

Urgent. I have a Tier 3 account and purchased GoBrunch some time ago. I've recently started using it, but I'm encountering the unpleasant problem of the audio being out of sync when recordings are made. This is a major issue; I don't know if many others are experiencing the same problem, but it's frustrating to be at an academic event and have the video, when downloaded or shared, turn out to be a problem. Furthermore, the platform should include a feature allowing the moderator to assign seating for presenters, giving them the ability to choose their positions. Finally, it should offer live streaming capabilities on social media. It's unacceptable that such a promising platform with so much potential lacks this crucial feature. My audience consists of teachers, and they are thrilled with GoBrunch and its innovative approach, which makes them feel comfortable. However, disappointment sets in when it fails to meet such essential expectations that every virtual meeting platform should have. I URGENTLY NEED A SOLUTION, PLEASE.

1. [EDIT 2/5: This issue has been fixed] Recording with the participants audio of sync: this was fixed too thank you for reporting.
2. [Edit 4/10] Seats for moderators. Done, we launched it's been 3 weeks, thank you for the request.
3. Live Streaming. This is in our roadmap, but since GoBrunch doesn't rely on 3rd party...

Love It Overall, But One Issue Needs to Be Addressed

I have been on GoBrunch a couple of years now and overall, I do like it. I have mentioned before that an auto-captioning feature built in would be really good so we Deaf don't have to run through the browser, but can use the app with captions available there, but the google browser as a work around helps. The one issue that is really frustrating is that since the most recent update, the "This Room" button is missing on the mobile platform. Therefore, it is impossible to change backgrounds or make other modifications to the room when not on a laptop. I have checked this on both iPhone and Android and would really appreciate having the This Room feature back in mobile as my laptop does not always have reception, like my phones do. I know Richard does take feedback seriously, so am hoping that will be an easy fix.

That you very much for the review. I will add that option to the roadmap right away. One workaround is to switch temporarily your mobile browser in desktop mode. I think that would show the option for you to customize the room. Cheers.
