OA369Q: Credit Question, Sending an invoice with the invoice attached as attachment costs credits?
Hi,
I just noticed the credits 0/10 credits used, is this for internal use age or also online.
Whenever i send an invoice to a customer and i want to attach the invoice as an attachment,
Will this cost me credits?

Oct 28, 2026A: Hello! Attaching the invoice PDF to your emails is free and doesn't use any credits. To turn it on, go to Customers, edit the customer, and enable "Attach PDF". Every invoice you send them will then include the PDF as an attachment.
Credits are only used when you upload your own files (images, PDFs, ZIP files, etc.) and attach them to a record. More details here: https://invoiless.tawk.help/article/attachments 🙌
