Q: Booking gapless appointments

I wonder if you support this feature that I haven't seen anywhere but need...

I like to see clients one after the other.
So if I open my week for people to book i might have large gaps between appointments.

I'd like for the week to be open and as the first person books only time slots +- 2 hours from the initial booking stay available and the rest of the day (and or days) is blocked.

2. Where is the data stored – only within the EU or also outside it?
