A: Hey Asuk9, For ingest we support all common codecs (HVEC, H264, AV1, VP9, etc...). For playback we primarily use H264 but will explore other options for different use-cases as needed in the future!
Could you provide a CNAME option that hides your brand/domain from our clients, so we can offer the service under our own branding? We’re an agency, and it wouldn’t make sense for our clients to see your brand. Is there any way to set up a CNAME so the domain branding is hidden?
Can you explain what violates your Community Guidelines? I find it strange that a user's family videos are getting banned and his account was suspended. What if it is your child's soccer match you filmed? How can that be banned? On Vimeo, people share their family or children videos all the time. It would be helpful if you shared the specific reasons a video upload gets banned, as it is not mentioned anywhere on this deal page.

A: We would never ban the content you have described. We operate a very similar policy to Vimeo where we remove, and if severe enough, ban users for uploading: 1. Sexually Explicit Content 2.
