RTILA - RPA & Web Automation Reviews

I've arrived at the same conclusion an earlier reviewer did; RTILA is totally unusable due to application issues.

I've been waiting for five weeks to get a response from RTILA to my support ticket from January.

I opened another RTILA support ticket for a totally different issue three days ago. No response on that either.

In both cases, I've clearly pointed out an issue with their software and provided screen shots.

I also went over to their Skool Community thinking I could find the RTILA Team there. No dice. That was made read only. I wonder why.... LOL

Since I trusted both RTILA and AppSumo, I maxed out at six codes back in May 2025. I've come to understand that was an expensive mistake.

This is why I cancelled my Plus membership and will be very hesitant to buy anymore AppSumo deals in the future. Unfortunately, several of the AppSumo deals I purchased have been changed by the sellers significantly long after the deal closes, they ghosted buyers on support, or they completely shut down. I bought these for "future use" and got literally no use out of them.

The only way I can see AppSumo fixing this long term is to do chargebacks against these sellers and refund the buyers 100%.

For those wondering, AppSumo can force the Founders to sign a personal guarantee so that if the company closes up and runs away with the buyers' cash, they can sue the sellers personally to reimburse the buyers.

If that means the deals are only one year deals, I'm totally fine with that. It is a win for the buyers; they get to try the service out at a significant discount. It is a win for the sellers; they get new paying customers. It is a win for AppSumo; they get revenue.

The way it is currently, the sellers and AppSumo both win and the buyers lose. This needs to change.

I have been waiting for support for two weeks. Version 8 can be started on two Windows PCs with Win 11, but access to the Project Manager fails. This can be reproduced on two different computers, different browsers, same problem.

This means that Rtila is unusable, OK.

But the fact that you are asked to send videos and images and this is not answered shows that Appsumo has NO interest in buyers.

If something doesn't work = 0 tacos

This is by far one of the best support experiences I have ever had here at AS. All tickets are answered quickly, without any issues, and Mohamed's kindness makes you wish all founders showed that level of interest in their community and love for their solution. They are constantly improving and creating videos on how to use it. Definitely recommended.

Hi, can you create an easy video guide to use RTILA and create web automations ? i watched your video guides on youtube but they are too much for professional user. Do you have templates to web scraping contact from google maps and after enrich them from company websites with emails ?

I’ve started using version eight of RTILA, and I have to say, I’m impressed. You can tell that the assistant is really the foundation of everything. I experimented with it a bit, starting completely from scratch. I had never worked with RTILA before, but within an hour, I managed to scrape a competitor’s website. I’d say it was a moderately complex site. If I had tried to do that manually before, well, I probably would have spent an entire day getting it done just right.

Version eight also looks much better. It works a lot smoother. I can definitely see room for improvement, but you can tell the team has put a lot of effort into creating an amazing product. On top of that, I think the combination of starting with a chatbot is perfect. The chatbot handles most of the setup, and then you move on to scraping, as well as automation. While automation isn’t emphasized as much, I personally find it very important. You can run your automation completely unlimited and free, either on your own machine or potentially on a VPS in a Docker container or something similar.

It’s a great product. I think it’s a hidden gem on AppSumo.
