Q: Agency clarity

Whitelabel max stacked plan.

My goal is to allow each client to:
Connect and pay for their own 3rd party services directly
Maintain ownership of their Twilio/email/integration subscriptions
Avoid routing all external service costs through the master account

This is important for scalability, billing transparency, and liability separation.

A: Each project can have its own integrations. So yes, the client can connect their own Twilio account to the project, or you can connect yours. SMS is an integration, so there is no fallback to your own account or anything. Each project has its own.

For email, each project has its own sending domain and/or CNAME for review pages. If left out, it inherits the domain from your agency > domain...

Q: Question about review suggest

Hello,
On the reviews page, there's an option to suggest reviews using AI, which is great. However, the button only appears near the comment field of the form. Is it possible to also display the button above the external links so that customers wishing to leave a Google review can copy and paste it? If so, only the "Copy" button should be visible in the review selection pop-up at that point.

A: Most of the customer-facing text is editable. We support 15 languages currently for all system text. I can add Croatian if you purchase a white label (3 or more codes). Just write into support afterwards via the support bubble on the site.

Q: Questions about plan 6, google and translation

Hello,
I have several questions about your solution.
1/ I use your solution as an agency. Do you have a plan 6 or 7 to increase the number of requests, for example to 50,000 or 100,000?

2/ Is it also possible to improve the translations on the customer portal? I see that there are some sentence structures in the French that need correcting.

3/ How can MGR know when a customer contacted by email leaves a review directly on Google? The goal is to avoid contacting customers who have already left a review.

A: 1. You can buy more codes and stack them in your account for 5k more monthly requests each.
