When was the first release of NextStep?

1.) Can we use your software as a service for our clients or just for own business?

2.) If we can use your software for our clients, how are clients managed within your software?

4.) What happen to the process that was created by the creator or manager that was deleted?

When I'm not logged in and click on a scheduled reminder link in mail, a rather unattractive message appears:

Hi, just bought Tier 2 and wanted to set it up.

I've "Custom Subdomain" (yourcompany.getnextstep.io) AND "Custom Domain" (nextstep.yourcompany.com). But there's absolutely NO info how to integrate via "Custom Domain". Help search for CNAME delivers ZERO hits and the help page just handles "Custom Subdomain" and completely ignores "Custom Domain": https://help.getnextstep.io/team-management/branding-and-subdomain

So HOW can I setup a "Custom Domain" with NextStep? 🙏🙏

So with the highest tier could I use this for different companies and keep information separate between them?
