A couple of updates just dropped, and there are plenty more already on the way.

Recurring request automation is live. Set a schedule, monthly, quarterly, annually, whatever fits your workflow, and OkaySend generates and sends the document requests for you. No more manually re-sending the same ask every quarter.

We also integrated e-signatures directly into document requests. ✍️ Document collection and e-signatures used to be two separate workflows bolted together. Now they're one: collect files, request signatures, and manage the whole thing from a single request.

Additionally, we now support up to 16 languages, including: Arabic (العربية), Chinese (中文), Dutch (Nederlands), English, French (Français), German (Deutsch), Hindi (हिन्दी), Hungarian (Magyar), Indonesian/Malaysian (Bahasa), Italian (Italiano), Japanese (日本語), Polish (Polski), Portuguese (Português), Romanian (Română), Russian (Русский), and Spanish (Español).

Dutch, Italian, Polish, Romanian, Chinese, Arabic, and Hindi are the new additions.

Coming next:

ID verification is on track to launch next week. You'll be able to verify identities and run KYC as part of document collection, with both automatic and manual flows, to help streamline onboarding. It's our first AI-ish feature, so consider it a preview of what's next.
