Not good enough quality for my commercial work but might work fine for casual user

I tested the product across several features and, overall, the output quality did not meet my standards. For the interior node function, the results were noticeably lower in quality than what I can achieve manually using Nano Banana. I also tested the enhancer, and the output was significantly weaker compared to Freepik’s enhancer. In particular, it struggled with racial accuracy, as human subjects repeatedly defaulted to white features rather than accurately reflecting Asian or other ethnic appearances. For my use case, this makes the tool largely unusable. Even when using the same prompt, or no prompt at all, I consistently obtained better results through Freepik. I also tried the style transfer feature. In my experience, it only performed adequately on very simple product visuals and did not offer enough control for more demanding commercial work. I have not yet tested the video feature. However, if I still need to maintain subscriptions to Nano Banana and Freepik alongside this tool, there is little practical reason for me to add it to my workflow. Overall, the AI quality feels too basic for my professional needs. It may be suitable for users who want a simple all-in-one solution and are satisfied with more limited output quality. Unfortunately, it does not meet the standard required for my commercial work.

The interior generation and enhancer tools you tested are based on specific AI models, and we recognize that they may not yet match the performance of dedicated specialized tools like Nano Banana or Freepik. The racial accuracy issue you raised is particularly important — we will report this to the model providers and push for improvements.

Wow and Wow!

Having used ComfyUI, Higgsfield, and Freepik, I have to say that this deal offers incredible value for the price. I purchased it just a few minutes ago and immediately created a test workflow to compare the output against ComfyUI and Freepik. I wanted to verify that they were actually using the advertised models, as some AI tools claim to use high-end models like Kling 3.0 while using cheaper alternatives behind the scenes to cut costs. My tests perfectly matched the expected results, confirming that Phygital is indeed delivering exactly what they promise. And it generated much faster than on Higgsfield or Freepik, only comfyui with using APIs was faster.

If they follow through on their commitment to integrate the latest models in a timely fashion—a one-month delay is perfectly acceptable to me—and maintain fair credit pricing, this will be the best AppSumo deal I’ve ever purchased.

However, I am a bit concerned that it seems almost too good to be true. Based on the API costs I currently pay for services like Fal, Wavespeed, and Atlascloud to use with comfyui (calculated without volume discounts), I estimate they will be operating at a loss with my usage after about 20 months. I sincerely hope their strategy is to use these AppSumo Lifetime Deals to build brand awareness and then sustain the company through regular monthly and yearly subscribers in the future.

Before buying, I read all the reviews and noticed that most of the negative feedback stems from unexpected results. In my opinion, this isn't Phygital’s fault. Effective prompting is a skill; users must understand an AI’s capabilities and how to properly instruct it to reach its full potential. If you know how to prompt, understand keyframing, and can select the right model for the task, Phygital will deliver the results you want.

What has to improve: Tagging references with @ should work. During my testworkflow I was generating keyframes with nanobana and it was not possible to tag reference images. It still generated the correct output when describing the reference to use or the correct filename, but this is a little inconvieniet. So would hope that @ tagging will come and work in the future, so a dropdown list appear to select the correct reference.

Final Conclusion: Go for this deal, really. I purchased the highest tier. If they keep up with their promises and get traction to grow after their Appsumo debut and will take us Sumolings with them, you will not regret it. Looking forward for longtime usage of Phygital for the next years!

You hit on something important: we are indeed using the real models — not cheaper substitutes. We're glad your tests confirmed that, and that you found generation faster than on other platforms. Speed and honesty matter to us.
Thank you also for your thoughtful take on negative reviews — you're right that prompting is a skill, and unexpected results are often about learning the tools, not flaws...

I’m just confused or something.

There is definitely a learning curve and I’m making my way, but I don’t think I can stay with it. I’m eating up credits due to receiving inadequate results that I cannot use. It’s like the AI does whatever it wants to, receiving extraordinarily different results using the same prompt, when trying other AI models to see if I can get better results. The only things I’ve been able to create to my satisfaction have been a few images. Videos have been the worst experience, so I’m about to give up. Maybe I’m just not technically trained enough to use the Phygital platform?

One place to rule them all

Been using Phygital+ for a bit. Having all tools in one place instead of juggling 10 tabs actually works — especially, if you already know what you need.
That said, there's a real learning curve, and you might spend some credits just to get a hang of it.
But if you're willing to put in the time to set up proper workflows, the payoff is there. Good LTD for creators who are serious about automation.

Consistent Branding FTW

I like the product and it has helped immensely with keeping branding consistent.

There's a bit of a learning curve, but it's well worth the time to learn the tool. There are still some workarounds that can be a nuisance, but that's to be expected with newer products and companies on AppSumo.

Some have raised pricing concerns, but these guys are clearly creatives with a focus on simplifying graphic design. Instead of juggling multiple accounts, I upgraded to keep everything under one roof.

5 tacos for Phygital.

We know there's a learning curve, and we're grateful you took the time to climb it. That you upgraded to keep everything under one roof instead of juggling multiple accounts — that's exactly the vision we're building toward.

We'll keep smoothing out those workarounds and making the platform even more intuitive. Thanks for being...
