The custom templates available on the Tier 3 (Pro) plan unlock the advanced configuration layer, which lets you fully tailor how the AI behaves and drafts replies. It's aimed at users who are comfortable with prompt-engineering techniques, and it can be enabled on request once you're on that tier. So Tier 3 doesn't just give you more templates — it gives you full control over how the AI is shaped to your needs.
2. EU / GDPR
Yes — we're genuinely a France-based company. PREDIMAIL is operated by PREDIWORKS, registered in Paris, all of our servers are hosted in Europe, and we're fully GDPR-compliant. A Data Processing Agreement (DPA) is available.
