Q: Qs

1. Does it learn from previous responses to improve the next response?
2. Does it auto-attach files?
3. Does it work well with Google Alias?
4. Is there a ticketing inbox solution that will also auto-reply once it has a certain confidence score, and then auto-close the ticket as well?
5. Desktop app and native mobile app?
6. API/MCP/Webhook integration?

A: Hi Noah, and thanks for the detailed list — happy to go through each point.
1. Does it learn from previous responses to improve future ones?
Yes, but through its knowledge base rather than by silently retraining a model. As your knowledge base grows and is refined, replies become more accurate and better grounded in your own content. We deliberately keep answers anchored to your curated knowledge base — that's what keeps them consistent and avoids the "drift" you get with systems that quietly fine-tune themselves.
2. Automatic file attachments?
Not at the moment — PREDIMAIL doesn't automatically attach files to its replies.
3. Google alias compatibility?
Not yet, but it's on the roadmap.
4. Auto-reply above a confidence threshold, then auto-close the ticket?
PREDIMAIL is a mailbox-automation tool rather than a helpdesk/ticketing system, so there's no ticket object to open or close. What it does do is the core of what you're describing: it can either draft a reply for you to review or send an automated reply directly, depending on how you configure it.
5. Native desktop and mobile apps?
There's no separate app to install — and that's by design. PREDIMAIL operates at the mail-server level, working directly on your mailbox rather than on a device. So it keeps running whatever device or email client you use to read your mail, with nothing to install.
6. API / MCP / Webhook integration?
On the roadmap.
