ProductLift Reviews

So, uh, I've been using, uh, Product Lift for, gosh, about a year, um, and just super happy with it. And video reviews aren't really recorded that often, so I thought I'd leave one. Um, I was just using it today and I thought, "Gosh, I don't think I've left this product review." So I figured I'd just share with you, like, how easy it is and what makes my life like for, uh, our product. So, like, basically, uh, I have my roadmap and I just got an email from a customer with a suggestion. And so I'll just, like, write it with AI and just drop her message directly in there and generate the, uh, roadmap item, and then, uh, we just use a, a pretty standard, like, considering, like, definitely on the roadmap or whatever. Uh, I just create the item, it drops all the details in there, it does a really good job summarizing. I create it and then I drop it to the user. Um, and, like, I just can't think of an easier way to deal with it all. Uh, super happy with the product. It's been really stable. We have it set up so it's just at roadmap.approvethis, which is our product, .com. Uh, and it's just great 'cause I just never have to think about it. So, uh, kudos. Five tacos. Really like it. Um, thanks so much for building it.

Feedback, Bug Reports, Feature Requests. This is what we needed and what we got. Still working through learning all the features and how to navigate, but so far, very impressed and very happy. I love the clean interface and intuitive workflow. Thanks!

I've been waiting for a while ..... For a ltd on feedback / roadmap product that understood that I wanted all the roadmap, feedback and upvoting to happen on my site, not some random site that my user has not done business with or heard about.

I see great customization options already there. This literally seems like what I've been waiting for. Put this one down as a gem.

Oh, maybe I am not in "love" but I am pretty thrilled with ProductLift. I was going to get a refund this morning because I couldn't upload Markdown files. I posted a question about it last night, and RubenBuijs replied, indicating I could copy and paste the MD files. While I would prefer to upload, I tried pasting them in. They came out looking great!

What really sold me was ProductLift provided their default css file. I was able to take screenshots of my webpage, upload that to my AI chat tool, provide the CSS file ProductLift provided, and have my chat tool create a custom CSS file, and bam! ProductLift now awesome!

I've been configuring it for two workspaces, it feels like a very solid product and delivers a lot in terms of added-value for your users. The onboard AI quickly helps populate the forum to encourage engagement, and the founders are responsive. (For those wondering why your Cname hasn't loaded-- It took mine a little over 24 hours, but rest assured, it will load after a couple days).
