Q: costs at both role level and process-step level in Puzzle?
Hi Team,
Can we add costs at both role level and process-step level in Puzzle?
For example: • A role like “Editor” has an hourly cost • A process step like “Video Editing” uses that role + a tool cost
Can the same role and costs be used multiple times across different steps and processes?
Also, can one step have multiple costs (more than one role or tool), and is there any plan to auto-calculate total costs when a process runs many times?
I'm considering using puzzle to help my students learn the processes and procedures of an advanced space station simulation. Can puzzle import PDFs of data tables, and decision matrices, as well as descriptions? Can puzzle import data from information on a website? Looks promising. Is there a support group for Puzzle?

Re Uploading PDFs — you can upload PDFs into the notes section within a step, role, section, team, or tool, sidebar. However you can't upload a PDF onto the canvas itself. I'm a tad unclear on what you mean...
The problem I have with this flow is that I miss is the role instead of a person. Also when you for instance wants to have the reviews or input from certain roles or people need to be informed. Better said. The RASCI purpose like in the schematics of proper process flows. When I have people in this, that can get outdated faster. I'm having trouble understanding your questions.Generally, we have (a) 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐭𝐞𝐚𝐦 𝐜𝐚𝐧𝐯𝐚𝐬 where you can input your roles and (b) 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐩𝐞𝐨𝐩𝐥𝐞 𝐜𝐚𝐧𝐯𝐚𝐬 where you can input people. The reason why these are two separate canvases is because one person can sit in multiple roles.
So for a growing company you might want to architect...
Can it integrate and grabbed data from Google sheets and then automatically visualise it?

A: Hey ibestriker, thank you for your question. I'm not sure what you're envisioning here, but no we don't have a native Google sheet integration that automatically visualizing data from the sheet.
Q: Can we share the process to others to have a look without giving access to modify or taking up a seat ?
As all we want is to share the process view and not everyone needs to edit or make changes to the business plan, just to see it
