Hi Sumo-lings,
Shariful here, founder of Sayify.
I wanted to share an important update on where Sayify is going and what we have shipped recently.
When we launched, Sayify was easiest to describe as a voice form builder. Voice, video, screen recording, file upload, and rich response collection are still core parts of the product.
But your feedback helped us see the bigger problem more clearly.
Most teams do not just need another form response.
They need to understand what came in, decide what matters, assign the right follow-up, and make sure nothing gets lost.
That is the direction Sayify is moving toward:
AI client intake that turns every response into a case.
Clients, leads, customers, applicants, or internal team members can talk, upload, and answer once.
Sayify helps turn that submission into a summarized case with key details extracted, priority set, and follow-up routed before your team has read every word.
Here is what we have shipped recently to support that direction:
1. Localized Forms
Respondent-facing forms now support 100+ languages across buttons, validation messages, recording states, email verification, resume prompts, welcome pages, and thank-you pages.
2. Workspace and Form Language Controls
Teams can set a default language for the workspace or choose a specific language for each form.
3. Localized Voice and AI Follow-Up
Welcome and thank-you narration can respect the form language when a matching TTS voice is available. AI follow-up questions can also continue in the respondent-facing language.
4. Multiple-Answer Multiple Choice
Standard multiple-choice questions now support multiple answers, not only image or video card choices.
5. Published Help Text Fixes
Question help text now displays properly after a form is published.
6. Improved Verification Code Reliability
We reviewed and improved the respondent email verification flow with clearer verification copy, better delivery handling, retry states, and failure states.
7. AI Case Notes
Sayify can generate structured notes from submissions, including key details, sentiment, context, and suggested next steps.
8. AI Action Creation
Responses can become follow-up actions such as tasks, escalations, and notifications, so important work does not disappear after the form is submitted.
9. Multi-Page and Inline Forms
Teams can now split longer intake flows into guided steps or embed lightweight forms directly inside a page section.
10. Smart Blocks
Reusable field groups such as name, email, phone, company, and address help keep forms cleaner and data more structured.
11. Policy Packs, Human Approval, and Auditing
Teams can add reusable routing rules, approval gates, and audit trails before data moves to external destinations.
12. Branding, Domains, and Centralized Billing
Agencies and growing teams now have a stronger foundation for white-label client work, custom domains, sender setup, add-ons, and account-level billing.
The bigger product idea is simple:
Sayify helps teams turn messy intake into organized next steps.
A customer issue, sales lead, support request, testimonial, application, claim, or internal request should not sit as an isolated submission.
It should become a case your team can understand, route, review, and act on.
That is the positioning we are building around now:
"AI-powered intake operations for client intake, support triage, lead qualification, feedback, and follow-up."

Thank you again for backing Sayify early.
Your feedback has directly shaped this direction, and we are continuing to build based on real workflows from the AppSumo community.
If your team uses forms where the real work starts after the response, I would love to hear about your workflow.
