Q: Plans say "Monthly Credits", your support site says they're "One-Time". Which is it?

Those roll over until you use them, but monthly credits just...
On your website, you offer an “Advanced” plan which includes “Deep Research (Powered by AI)”. Could you please clarify what this feature does in practice (e.g., what it covers, how it works, and any limits)?
Also, would you be able to add an AppSumo tier that maps to your “Advanced” plan, so AppSumo customers can access the same feature set (including Deep Research) under a clearly defined tier?

The very next question you tell someone they don’t and there are one time use and when they’re gone, they’re gone and you give a link to an FAQ that contradicts what you just told that person that says they renew every month they just don’t roll over. So what is it? I’m not gonna buy a product that gives me one allotment of credits that never...

But then the answer for that is "Credits are renewed every month and the only difference between a lifetime subscription and a monthly subscription is that it is a lifetime agreement." - And we're back to square one :((
