I full-stacked AdNova previously, and I full-stacked Skaler. The difference with Skaler is that it's definitely built to PRODUCE ads, not just spy on competitors. Anyone who's spent a lot of time manually building ads in the past know's how boring and time-consuming it is.
Skaler does an admirable job of producing ads, whether you want to clone an ad OR build your own from scratch.
The adspy part of it is not quite there yet, which is understandable since it's a new app. Give it time and I'm assuming it will fill out with a lot more ads. In the meantime you can ad brands you're interested in from the Facebook ads library. You don't even need to do it manually, you can search for the brand and add it directly within the Skaler app.
It would be nice if all the ads Facebook has from a brand were imported, not just the ones currently running.
There's a few issues with missing data (eg. reach in some cases) that I assume will get fixed with time.
And for people wondering about spend, it only applies to ads that are running in the EU (because they're the only ones who force Facebook to provide that information). It can seem confusing if you don't know that, and also if you're looking at the global view of ad spend for a brand the $ figure would only be for the EU portion of ads if they also run ads elsewhere (which could be confusing if you don't know).
I used another ad spy tool in the past that used (apparently) some fancy algorithm for estimating ad spend for non-EU advertisers. Not exactly sure how accurate the numbers were, but would be an cool feature to add to Skaler if it could be done.
Anyway, if you're a serious advertiser this deal should be an easy buy.

Now, for the first time, I actually have an app that seems to understand what I want.
While there are some bugs, but I think every aspect of this app is already worth 10x the money.
I started with the $179 and upgraded to the highest tier the second day

- The facebook analysis works great - 8/10
- Video generation - 8/10 (would love longer video, but I guess the length is limited by veo 3. Also, I don't see a difference between the standard and pro. Standard was great and intuitive enough)
- Image generation - 8/10
- Add editor - 8/10
- Ad clone - 7.7/10
- Turn Static into Video - 8/10 (veo) 5/10 (kling)
- Hook generation - 8/10 (need to somehow allow us to use it elsewhere in the app)
- The brand match needs a lot of work - 2/10 (Need more filters, it needs more work, perhaps more questions from user, or at least do a better job at analyzing website so it can match brand properly)

Final verdict: it's worth it!!!

Edit 1:
The horror stroy just started with onboarding. I found so many bugs like stastics are not even correct. Longest running ads are wrong which shows 2 days while, it is almost 3 months. This defeats the purpose of having such tool.

Similar brand ads shown are completely off as well. It shows something that we don't even talk about. We focus on men's formal pants while it shows female jackets, hoodies and what not.

Origital review:

I purchased and while logged into it first time, I had to go through a pretty horrible onboarding process. The worst part is that all the suggested competitors were not even close competitor.

I guess you should have focused on asking more precise question. For example, I added a men's pants store focusing on Indian customer and it has shown everything international.

The biggest blunder is that the login portal seems to be down from past few hours and there is no way to contact them. Your api.skaler.app is down and even password reset is not working. This is a pretty bad start.

I will still wait for 1-2 days more before changing this review. Or refund seems imminent

I find the Software confounding, it forces you during the onboarding to create a brand profile for a business, which is not the actual business you want to spy on, this is purely for ad creation. I didn't buy this Software for ad Creation. So I tried to get through this nasty onboarding process, and then it offers to look for other businesses that are relevant to the one you just entered so that you can actually spy on them. At this point I became a little bit optimistic until I saw the results of the businesses it was suggesting that we spy on. Not only were the industries completely different and irrelevant, the location of these businesses were also the other side of the globe and completely undesirable.

So once I got into the dashboard, I could finally access the spy Button, and I searched for some Business competitors that I wanted to understand their ad campaigns. It could not find them. But you can enter these businesses manually by using the link they supply to go to the Facebook ads library. From here I was able to locate some business businesses who I wanted to spy on, the Ads library itself gave me all the information I needed. However, when I copied the URL back into Skaler, it generated an error.

That's it I'm done with this sloppy Software and the glowing reviews that always lead to disappointment. I'm not going to be a nice guy any more and not leave a bad review when someone has come and wasted my time because of misrepresentation. I haven't gone into the many Little UI annoyances that I also spotted during the initial 10 minutes that I will never get back. Not to mention the international money transfer fee that I'm gonna get stung by.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ 5 Stars High-Leverage Tool While It’s Still Lifetime

I purchased Tier 2 and moved quickly because the value-to-price ratio is currently exceptional. After hands on testing, the ad generation quality alone justifies the deal. The AI ad outputs are materially better than most early-stage creative generators I’ve tested. The structure, hook logic, and formatting feel built for actual performance marketers rather than hobby users. The outputs are clean, usable, and require minimal refinement before launch. That alone is rare. I am seasoned in Correct On Brand scripts so just make sure you do this properly after the AI grabs your URL on Auto import. Note to OP - Get a Video done on this one soon to Explain both the minimal inputs to get going & the DEEP dive you can do on auto brand intel !

Compared to Adnova (previous AS deal), the distinction is clear: Skaler leans more heavily into AI-powered creation + enriched ad intelligence rather than just scraping and surfacing ads. The integration between discovery, creative generation, and analytics makes it feel more like a performance workflow tool than just a spy platform. Caveat: I own Top tier adnova and it compliments this system beautifully.

Discovery depth will clearly grow over time, but what’s already there is solid and functional. A few million indexed ads is more than enough to extract patterns when you’re using it strategically. The fact that Search, Discovery, Brand Spy, and Creative Analytics don’t consume credits is a strong signal the model is designed for serious marketers, not micro-metering everything.

After using One Off Credits pool, Credit pricing for generation is transparent and reasonable:

• Images: 2.5–5 credits
• Standard video: 2.5 credits per second
• Pro video: 7.5 credits per second

That structure is fair given output quality. I laughed as It gave me my HQ output based of multimillion ad copy, Idea iteration and Photo shoot results. ! (And It has Auto UGC output as well) I can see me paying for this one on Credits...Maybe OP will give us even better Credit monthly deals after deal ends? Would be nice :) Right now the ONLY bottleneck I experienced is The Ad discovery is low atm on Database and nothing compared to the huge guys in other platforms BUT OP is promising updates rolling out fast on database. The build quality is genuinely impressive for a newer platform. UI is clean, performance is fast, and outputs feel thought through. I would rate output quality a strong 9/10 at this stage.

Most importantly, this clearly has subscription-grade architecture. It does not feel like a quick AppSumo cash grab. The positioning against far more expensive competitors is justified if they continue expanding ad indexing and creative depth. If anyone is serious about AI-assisted ad testing, especially Meta-first performance workflows, this deal is underpriced relative to future subscription value.

One last thing the AI intel on Current ads is crazy https://skaler.app/creative-analytics - Its worth the price just for that as this works dovetailing with Growify (Another awesome Appsumo tool ! https://appsumo.com/products/growify/?) - Seriously Thank me later for Using both on your Testing campaigns :) The combination of these 2 together combined with Skalers ad generator using Nana pro is a mental power hack right now. If your an agency this is serious HQ output for clients as well as single operators.

Highly recommended while it’s still lifetime if your using Meta Ads for your promotions.
