Q: Why no response to my email?

Meg told me to email support at autoscaled.com and I emailed on June 14th because after SildeFill became Autoscaled, all my stuff is not accessible anymore and the google plugins don't work. Meg said everything could be restored and yet it remains a total mess on my end. I still have gotten no response. What is going on?

Q: What happened to my work?

I just logged in and now slidefill is AutoScaled and ALL my work is gone! What am I going to do if clients by my products that were dependent on old work flows? (google sheets to google slides) Where is my work? What do I do? This was convenient for cheeseburger upsells on my booking calendar. I'm glad I didn't fully integrate this into my business now... Serious letdown..

Q: Limits for sumollings

Starting May 1st, limits have been introduced for new buyers: 100 presentations per month and 50 workflows.
Why does this important information have to be found only in the answers to Sumolings' questions?
The deal on AppSumo is not tied to any plan on their website.
This made me decide not to make the purchase.
