Sorry for the confusion and thanks for flagging this.
Late December, we released Version 2.0 of SmatLeads, which included major infrastructure updates and improvements to the GBP feature. We shared this via email, our AppSumo deal page, and announcements inside the Ken Moo LTD Facebook group and community — but it looks like you may have missed those updates.
My account appears to be deactivated. I had a Tier 5 account. I still have your welcome/onboarding email. When I try reseting the password, I don't even get an email.

Q: Paid Account Login Issue - Email Not Recognized
Hi, I’m a paid customer locked out of my account. I was using it this morning, but now it says "Incorrect Login Details." When I try to reset my password, it says my email doesn't exist. Can you please verify my account status and fix this login error? I have my payment receipt ready if needed. Thanks! I emails also your team

I believe this has been resolved by our support team.
I tried again with but your system again saying no email exists, but I use to login with same email in the morning. I am sure there is an issue I look to have some solution for this ASAP
Until now, nothing has been resolved, as you can see in this link: https://prnt.sc/XI3HFOmjOc1 _. Even the Forgot Password option is not recognizing my email, and I am unable to log in at all. Please let me know what the immediate solution is, as the service is currently unusable from my side.
I am surprised to read this because on the support ticket where we attended to you, we noticed that you were still using the version 1.0 (even though we previously sent an email broadcast and made announcement on our Appsumo deal page about the version 2.0) and when i gave you the url of the version 2.0, you confirmed that you have logged in and the issue resolved.
Q: Does this crawl the business websites from Google Business profiles to find authentic emails?
