Hi Storychief!

Your software got me through the COVID lockdowns with my piano students, and your tech support was always prompt and helpful… many many thanks!

I'm looking to expand my blogging for music, so this deal looks good…

If I want to expand to Tier 3, how do I do this with my existing account… I've read your brief notice ("from the founders"), but it implies that I need to buy the Tier 3 at full price, and apply it to my existing account… which means I keep all my articles, but I lose the original Tier 1 (in which case it seems more prudent to buy a totally new Tier 3).

Am I misunderstanding this?
