1. Data sent to AI providers, Messagings apps like WhatsApp and any other external app is not managed by us and do not know how they manage it or where. Mind that for AI, you can use your own OpenAI API key to be sure data sent to AI is where you want.

Q: Integration of Support.Board with an existing knowledge base
Hi, I already use Astro and Starlight for our documentation on a website so I won't be using the inbuilt knowledge base.
My question is with the AppSumo plans. Is the number of credits to train per month or for lifetime?
And how many website pages on average would a 2.5 million credits cover? I've got about 15 articles of average length.
What happens if the articles change over time and need to be re-indexed - does this happen automatically?

A: Hi there,
Yes, you can do what you want. If your Astro docs are publicy available you can just enter the URL of Astro docs in Support Board and you can train the chatbot easley.

1. Unfortunately, OpenAI and Google services are not included and you must pay for the usage. You can buy Support Board credits, or, if you do not want to use credits, you can set OpenAI > Sync mode to Manual and use your API keys. Same thing for Google > Sync mode. Credits are not related to your quota and your membership. More details at https://board.support/docs/#cloud-credits
3. If you update Support Board articles, you will have to click the "train chatbot" button again to include updates. If you articles are external to Support Board (e.g., an external website) you can automate re-training via cron job.
I've signed up, and can access https://cloud.board.support/account/. When I go to dashboard, all I can get is a spinning wheel, with the grayed out dashboard behind it. When i try to access the support on the docs page it either says my password is incorrect on login, or I need an "envato code" to sign up. Very annoying. Please help.

I've diagnosed it. I learned it is my ad blocker on Chrome. When disabled on your site it works fine. I don't really like that fact. Can you explain what you are serving in the background that my ad blocker is trying to block?
Thanks for the reply. I don't know why the ad blocker causes issue but it is a common problem with many software. By checking the browser console you may get more details about that. We confirm we do not use any ad or marketing code
Looking at your support board tool and wondering if it will work on a azure static pages website?
