A: No, you do not need your own API key to get started. Support Genix includes Support Genix AI, which comes with free usable credits for each license, so you can start using the AI features immediately.

If you need additional credits later, you can easily purchase more from us.

Alternatively, if you prefer full control, you can also use your own API key from OpenAI or Claude and connect it directly within the plugin settings.

At the moment, we do not offer direct integration with Straico. However, you can use OpenAI or Claude APIs independently if that fits your workflow better.
