Q: Paypal? I am not seeing anywhere in the app (Tier 2) to connect PayPal

I get paid via Paypal from many vendors in my business. So a large portion of my income comes in via Paypal. I currently use a software that is connected to my Bank, Credit Card, and Paypal.

How do we connect to Paypal in the app so that it automatically brings in all Paypal transactions? This is a must in order for me to leave my other app that is a little outdated. I do like your AI category ability and updated UI which is why I am considering leaving my current provider.

Q: What if go over limit?

Hello,

i see tier 2 has a 300k annual expense limit. what happens if u hit that limit? are u locked or do you just have to pay for more usage? if so is that a one time payment or monthly?

A: If you hit your transaction limit, your account won't be locked, but you will be unable to categorize any new transactions. To continue managing your books, you will need to upgrade your subscription.

Q: Will we be notified when EU coverage is ready?

I bought this from the EU, and I can't wait to start using it. I read that it will take some time until I will be able to use the app, so I wanted to ask how we will know if it's available? Is there a Discord or do I just wait for an email, or do I have to check the app manually every few months?
