Don't Waste Your Money On This Useless Product

I am very disappointed with this product. I have been unable to log in, stating, "you do not have an account". And despite multiple attempts to reach their support team, I have received zero response. Even after involving AppSumo support to contact them on my behalf, their support remains unresponsive. As it stands, the product is completely non-functional. I cannot recommend this to anyone; save your money.

Works well

Worked as stated gets the jobs while saving on some tacos. The user interface is clean Go Hear do this! Go there do that! but modern enough to feel like your in the current year. My personal use case was to use text-link for small group messaging between my CRM line, Text-link line and my client lines to automate some AI agent interactions for general follow ups and cut Twilio out ALAS! I couldn't do multiple recipients but the campaign worked great for me

Saved us a tonne of money in Twillio fees, super friendly supprt. Docs could be a little better but otherwise the product is solid, 5 stars!

This is an edit to my original review. Wasn't too pleased in the beginning because of very bad documentation but after contacting the owner, he helped me get it all set up.

Okay. After being in touch with the owner of the tool, he helped me get everything set up. Honestly it works really good and it's not a bad tool. I just wish it had clear instructions on what to do to get it set up. That's where I believe the bottleneck is for his product. Other than that it's working as described and as promised.

From not working to fully integrate with my systems

I am not a very technical person, so I initially faced several challenges configuring the Textlink app to send SMS messages. I exchanged a few emails with the support team, but we couldn’t get everything working until I requested a virtual meeting. During the session, the support team guided me step by step, and my system is now successfully integrated with Textlink SMS.

A few important points to note from my experience:

In my case, I had to include the SIM card ID for the setup to work, even though it was mentioned that this is not always required. If you are experiencing issues, it may be worth checking or including the SIM card ID.

For SMS to work, the phone must be connected to the internet. However, a great feature is that if messages are sent while the phone is offline, they are automatically delivered once the device reconnects to the internet.

You need to purchase SMS credits directly from your mobile network provider before you can start sending messages.

Overall, the experience was frustrating at first, but after receiving proper support, I am very happy with the purchase and the system now works as expected.
