Yes, we support other platforms like Rumble and Vimeo. However, videos running directly on a webpage will not work unless you download the file and upload it to our platform. Currently, our system only extracts text-based context from webpages to repurpose the topic.

You can, but we do not recommend it because there is currently no way to switch between accounts except through our admin panel. You would have to contact support every time you want to switch modes until a permanent solution is available.
For that reason, using a different account is your best option.

Q: Custom Prompt is sometimes not applied
I used the API to generate a summary of a YouTube video with a Custom Prompt, but in some cases the result is clearly different from what I specified.
My guess is that if another user has already summarized the same video, the API may be returning that existing summary instead.
When this happened, the summary was returned immediately in the API response, rather than later through the webhook...

When the `custom_prompt` in the Summaries API is written in Japanese, it always returns an `internal_error`.
If the `custom_prompt` is in English, it works normally.

Yeah you can get that, we also have translate transcript option too. In v2 you will be able to select the language before transcribing any content.
