`hello, `I have a tier 1 plan to test this out, but I don’t have access to anywhere near ‘1000’ voices as per the description. Why is that? Also, any chance of adding a filter which shows only voices that are available to a user on their plan? Otherwise, I’m getting doomscrolling jitters :) Thank you for clarifying, love the concept.

A: We have introduced many voices after initial launch. Tier 1 does not have access to all voices that's why you are seeing some voices are disabled.

Thanks for the reply but I don't see transcription minutes listed in that section - unless I'm missing it the closest I can see is the hours of dubbing limits but from my understanding of what I've read above that would be less than the transcription time limits as it involves more processing. Please advise re: transcription limits for the various tiers.
Q: How does the credit burning process work? What is the relationship between credits and audio minutes?

A: Credits in voiceover = 1 credit usually used to refer 1 character. For expensive models - per character multiple credits may be used Credits in transcription and dubbing = 1 credit usually refer to 1 minute of transcription. 1 minute dubbing require 4 credits (1 transcription, 1 translation and 2 generate dubbing)

I upload a 3 min video , it says transcribed but there is no transcription to be seen.
if I try to load an old project then it says cannot load.
waste of time !!!
