My experience with Utobo Email has been phenomenal so far. Coming from a product design and development background, I appreciate the straightforward interface and the convenience of bringing marketing and transactional email into one platform. The overall user experience has left a positive impression, and I intend to keep using it.

I have two suggestions that would make the experience even better:

Passkey support: Two-factor authentication is already available, which I appreciate. I would love the option to sign in with a passkey—it’s my preferred login method for convenience and security.

A guided onboarding tour: A short, optional walkthrough on the first login would help new users discover the available tools and understand where to start. Step-by-step guidance through the main options would make the initial experience more welcoming.

I test transactional email thoroughly in my own workflows, particularly delivery reliability and timing; to my surprise, it's perfect.

Overall, I’m happy with my purchase and look forward to continuing with Utobo.

Utobo Email is hands down the best email marketing solution I’ve integrated into my stack this year. It gets a well-deserved 5 tacos for doing exactly what it promises without the bloated learning curve.

Here’s why it’s a winner:
Dead Simple to Use: The UI is clean and intuitive. You can jump in, build your campaigns, and hit send without fighting the platform.

Seamless Integrations: Connecting domains and getting the API dialed in is completely frictionless. It plays incredibly nicely with existing setups.

The Ultimate Workflow: Having marketing broadcasts, drip automations, and transactional emails all under one roof is a massive operational win. The workflow makes sense out of the box.

A note on the team:
Huge compliments to Raj and the Utobo support team. Communication is fast, direct, and genuinely helpful. It’s clear they built this to solve actual pain points (the "no surprise suspensions" approach is proof of that).

Fair warning: I’m literally the founder of utobo, so I’m biased. But start using it and I think you’ll agree with me.

I built this one because we needed it to survive. Before utobo, I lost hours every week wrestling with contact lists, duct-taping tools together, and setting up campaigns that should have taken minutes.

Now our entire GTM motion and every transactional email run on utobo email — campaigns, sequences, forms, all of it. And I run it from Claude Code: what used to eat a whole morning now takes one message to Claude. It has never been this easy.

It’s the best thing I’ve built.

ho già implementato al mio sito tramite api, tutto funziona bene come promesso, le email inviate sono veloci, ottima la sezione per generare le campagne, i template sono molto utili e fanno rsparmiare un sacco di tempo. L'unica cosa che non riesco a fare è eliminare un contatto dalla lista quando rimuove il suo consenso marketing, probabilmente verrà implementato in futuro.
