You can use Bokmål text in Vois Studio. Select Multilingual as the engine. Then select Norwegian as the language.

But there is no control that selects Bokmål pronunciation. Different voices and engines can give different accents.

Did you hear this in a website sample or in the app? Please tell me the voice name and, if you used the app, the engine.
