Kelvin has been listening to every customer's needs and making the product better and better. I highly recommend checking out the changelog; you'll see that updates are released very frequently, unlike many other products that only update once in a blue moon.

However, there is just one thing that bothers me: sometimes the brand detection isn't very accurate.Even though the AI has clearly mentioned myself and several brands, the system occasionally indicates that no brands were detected, or it detects the wrong ones (sometimes it even misidentifies YouTube or ChatGPT as competitors).

This happens about 20% of the time, and it would be perfect if this rate could be reduced further.

This is the one tool you need to get back into the game.

Can you imagine the superpower you would have if you could talk directly to your data?

GA, GSC, and AI visibility all in one tool?

That would be incredible.

I currently do this using another connector for GA and GSC, but having everything inside one platform would be a dream come true. What used to take a lot of time to gather, analyze, and turn into reports can now be done in minutes.

The race is already on, and the pace of change is wild. You either keep up, or you get left behind.

The software is fantastic and the support you get from the founder is incredible. Just upgraded to the highest tier

I purchased Tier 4. I have been testing a number of AI visibility tools, and so far I have found this one the easiest to use. At first I thought that the article generations were per month, but they are lifetime...but no big whoop...they have a BYOK! I wanted to share the results with a client...so I got on chat and asked how I could add a user to a workspace, and you can't, but you can create a custom report link (white-labeled, by the way) so bingo! The insight into chats is amazing...the best I have seen. Everything I find just keeps making it better and better. I will be setting up an onboarding call (after playing with it for a few weeks) to get a deeper dive. I also think I may upgrade to tier 5.

Kelvin is amazing! He took time out of his busy schedule and helped me with a number of items I had questions about throughout the call. He does this not because it's a "job" but because he sincerely loves what he's doing. He's wants to help people, and he gave me a fantastic crash course on how to operate Zero Rank. I was impressed with Zero Rank before the call and 10,000 more impressed after the call. I almost never spend on a product beyond T1. Zero Rank is the exception. It's worth upgrading because of the power and functionality of what it can do. I consider myself exceptionally blessed to have discovered Zero Rank. To anyone who sees this, this product is worth it. If you are on a budget and can only buy 1 product, this is a MUST HAVE for your business. Make the exception. The founder is fantastic and so very friendly and helpful. 5 tacos all the way...if I could give it 7 Tacos I would!
