I invested heavily in FlexiFunnels because the product was presented as if the AI builder, cloning, and lesson workflow would become genuinely usable for real business work. That has not been my experience.

After nearly 2 years, I have seen very limited meaningful improvement. The platform still feels unstable, buggy, and hard to trust. The AI builder gets stuck, previews fail, cloning is unreliable, and the overall workflow is confusing enough that it breaks momentum instead of saving time.

The most serious issue for me has been data loss. I spent substantial time adding resources across multiple modules and lessons, only to find them gone the next day. That is not a minor bug. It caused real production loss and removed confidence in using the platform for anything important.

I am also deeply uncomfortable with the way support and account access have been handled. I have concerns about data privacy and internal access to user projects, and that makes it even harder to trust the platform with business-critical content or intellectual property.

I wanted this to work and gave it more than enough time. But based on my experience, this product is still too unreliable for serious use.

You never truly know a piece of software until you run a live, mission-critical project through it. I just launched a complex sales funnel on FlexiFunnels tied to a live Facebook marketing campaign, and it absolutely delivered.

The Real-World Test:
No software is perfect, and you always discover minor limitations or workarounds needed during a build. However, FlexiFunnels successfully handled all of my core infrastructure requirements:

Full e-commerce sales funnel

Seamless bump offers

Accurate tracking using Meta CAPI (Conversions API)

Supporting pages (Policies, legal, and contact pages)

The Support:
I am incredibly impressed with their hybrid chat support. The initial AI agent is actually smart and genuinely useful for quick answers. But if things get complex, you can request a live agent, and a human jumps into the chat very promptly to resolve the issue.

For meeting all my technical requirements on a live launch, it's an easy 5 tacos from me!

I just need someone from your team to upgrade my account to tier 3. i purchased the third tier but it still shows tier 3 inside of flexi funnels and on appsumo it says activated. please assist

I've been using FlexiFunnels since it first launched on AppSumo, and it continues to surprise me with how much it keeps evolving.

To be honest, there are still features I haven't fully explored because there is so much packed into the platform. What I love most is how it allows you to bring an idea into reality with ease and creativity.

The AI Site Builder is particularly impressive. I've seen and tested many AI website and funnel builders over the years, but very few come close to the quality, design, and functionality that FlexiFunnels produces. It doesn't just create pages, it helps you create a professional online presence that genuinely reflects your vision.

If you're looking for beautiful landing pages, high-converting funnels, and a platform that continues to grow and improve, FlexiFunnels is definitely worth exploring.

i've been using flexifunnels since they first launch on appsumo. there's so many features that i didn't get to explore them all yet. but i particularly love AI site builder. there are many out there in the market, but nothing comes close to what flexifunnel can create if you're looking for top quality funnel and landing pages.
i went for the highest tier for whitelabel. i'm still waiting for them to get this feature out as promised by Q2 anytime soon. the only drawback or concern for me is that subaccount users dont have access to features like Flexi AI Site Builder, Flexi Website Cloner, Flexi Cookie Consent...which kind of defeats the purpose of 'whitelabel' for clients. as those are the key features of flexifunnels. i just hope its just a setting error, in which they will allow subaccounts with the exact same features.
Having said, the support is top notch. They are quick in follow up and fixes issues that I encountered. Founder is responsive, and now there's something exciting coming up!
one more thing is that they should reward the 'founding' supporters, it was initially claimed that flexifunnels would not be doing an LTD ever again. and now they're back - price and features are the same. either bump price up, or create a different offer so previous customers feel appreciated and not shortchanged.
