Strong Citation Intelligence, Weak Content Generation

The biggest strength is the citation intelligence. Being able to monitor prompts, inspect complete AI responses, see which sources AI is citing, compare competitors, and turn those findings into recommendations and tasks is genuinely useful. The workflow feels well thought out (good enough I created an image showing it) and stays focused on AI visibility instead of trying to become another all-in-one SEO platform.

The weakest area is content generation. During my testing, the generated article completely missed the intent of the topic I asked it to write about. It wasn't something I could realistically edit into a publishable article. I found the research, citation data, and monitoring features far more valuable than the writing itself.

One area I'd also like to see improved is entity resolution. If your business is tied to a common personal name (like mine), the platform can occasionally mix unrelated people into the results. Better verification using domains or connected profiles would make the data much more trustworthy.

Overall, I think this is a worthwhile AppSumo purchase if your goal is understanding who AI cites, where your competitors appear, and how your brand shows up in AI-generated answers. Just don't buy it expecting polished AI-generated content.

Promising Start, Slow Follow-Through

I was genuinely excited to try Cracker AI. Clean interface, smooth onboarding. Things started well. After buying T2 and signing up, gone through the onboarding, I got a message saying the platform was processing things in the background. Fine, I thought. These things take time.
A full day passed. Same screen. I reached out to support. Two days to get a reply. Now on day three, still nothing back, and the overview looks exactly like it did the moment I created my account.

Honestly? The only things I can judge right now are the interface and how they handle support. The interface is fine. But fine doesn't matter much if the product never actually does anything. And two days to respond to someone sitting at a blank screen, during a trial of all times, doesn't inspire confidence. Maybe it gets better once it's running. I'll give it that benefit of the doubt. But if you're testing tools on a deadline, this isn't the one to bet on right now. I'll update if things change. If not, I'll be asking for a refund.

One thing worth knowing going in: don't assume the onboarding process means you're live. Leave a few days of slack, contact support early, and don't expect a fast response.

Thanks for the honest review, and I'm sorry. Three days on a blank overview, plus two days for a support reply during your trial, is not okay, and you're right to call it out.

That "processing in the background" screen shouldn't hang like that. It's a stuck job on our side, not anything you did, and we're clearing it now. Our team is already on your account to get you unblocked and actually...

Bought Tier 3............

Having serious trouble logging in. I finally got in, but now there’s nowhere to proceed unless I pay for a plan?

Now I am logged in and the Tier 3 is activated. I have played around with the settings and possibilities, and it seems to work. Now I am just waiting for the data (GSC + Bing) to show up.

If the monthly articles are good and in Danish, then I will add another Taco. Now you have 3 Tacos.
