I loved the vertical video introduction! Watching your video, you mentioned that using IG, every interaction or message could be a client. So question... since you had to apply to Meta to get access to the IG firehose for your platform, and we often use Facebook page, and IG as primary channels of client interaction, and maybe threads as a tertiary or last tier of interaction, having a tool such as Inro (I think of Inro short for "in roads", as in making an effort / small efforts towards building something like a relationship), would be ideal for all meta channels / platforms. How do you guys internally navigate messages with the other meta platforms? I am hoping this will be similar and overtake manychat one day!! :)
