GunderstormQ: How can I keep your platform from changing my uploads in mockups?
One of the first things I did to test out your tool is to upload a shirt design and apply it to one of your models. 2 credits later and I see my design but it's changed! The shapes are distorted. The text is unreadable. And I uploaded a print-resolution design! How do I keep that from happening? If my design isn't intact, what good is a mockup to me?
As a side note, the design was placed in the middle of the chest of the model. Do I really need to spend more credits to move it up? PLACEMENT CONTROL should be built into your platform.

We are actively tuning and improving our mockup model, and we expect to release an update by the end of next week that should significantly improve design preservation and placement accuracy.
