DeividGSQ: If the mobile app is not included, why does Android app usage consume AppSumo credits?
The deal terms clearly state: “This deal includes the web solution only. Mobile App not included.”
To understand how the Android app works, I installed it and noticed it displayed 5 AI credits before I even logged in, which seems consistent with the free plan's 5 daily credits.
After logging in with my account, the app still showed only those 5 credits, as expected from the deal terms.
I then used 1 AI credit in the Android app as a test. The app balance dropped from 5 to 4, but I later noticed that 1 credit had also been deducted from my 12,000 AppSumo credits on the web platform.
Could you please clarify:
1. Do AppSumo users receive the 5 free daily mobile credits just like free users?
2. Should the not-included-in-the-deal Android app usage deduct credits from the 12,000 AppSumo credits?
It seems very inconsistent.

You said AppSumo users do not receive the daily free credits. I find this difficult to understand.
Free users receive 5 AI credits per day in the mobile app, yet AppSumo customers who financially supported the company receive none.
Why are lifetime customers excluded from the same daily free credits available to free users?

Regarding the daily 5 credits, those credits are provided to free users so they can test the platform before upgrading to a subscription. Pro users do not receive these free daily credits, regardless of whether they are using the mobile app or a the web platform
