With a free account, I made 2 tests. The first one was okay and followed my instructions - removed furniture and change the paint color. The second prompt was to add some furniture and lighting and the result was good.
But my second test had issues. Using the same prompt but with a different image, it would NOT remove the furnitures. The chatbot replied "I already removed the furniture and change...

A: Thank you for the honest feedback — and sorry the second test was disappointing.
The behavior you described is not the experience we want: if the system says the furniture was removed and the paint was changed, the generated image should clearly reflect that. We’ll check this case and make the necessary fixes to improve reliability, especially for “remove furniture” and “change paint color”...
Q: So what is the best way to start if you're going to focus on a room or a space?
Do you take a picture of the room or space and then submit the prompt and picture into Paintit's AI? And then from there you can do iterations?
Also if I'm working on a room, am I able to come back to that room (project) later and do more changes/iterations?

A: Yes — the best way to start is usually with a photo of the room or space you want to work on.
A simple workflow would be:
1) Upload a photo of your room/space 2) Write a simple prompt describing what you want to change — for example style, colors, furniture, layout mood, decor, etc. 3) Iterate from there by refining the result in the same chat
I have a few question before I purchase and try the program. I would like to use this for photos I use in 360 virtual tours. 1. Will this work on 360-degree photos? 2. If not, do you have this feature on the roadmap, and will it be included in the appsumo deal?

A: Thanks for the question.
At the moment, Paintit.ai does not fully support true 360-degree / virtual tour photo workflows.
That said, 360-photo support is definitely one of the features we are planning for upcoming releases, especially because it is very relevant for real estate, staging, and property visualization use cases.
We’ll be publishing a more detailed public roadmap tomorrow and...
Do you have a roadmap? Currently, the product seems to be focused on rendering designs, which is nice. However, it's not usable in a professional sense, because there's no way to generate bid estimates from the rendered designs.

A: Thank you for the question — and yes, this is a very fair point.
Right now, Paintit.ai is mainly focused on rendering and visual design exploration, but our product direction is moving beyond “nice images” toward more professional workflows.
We are building Paintit.ai for prosumers and professionals such as interior designers, architects, real estate agents, stagers, and other people who need...
Thanks for the feedback — I understand your point.
For most early-stage design exploration, you can use the Basic model, which costs 3 credits per generation. With 400 credits, that gives you around 133 image generations.
The recommended workflow is to use Basic for testing ideas and making iterations, then switch to Balanced or Advanced only when you want a more accurate final render.
say we upload a room view, how many views of it can we upload ?
and can we add others like an image of a cat and ask it to put the cat in the picture ?
or a picture of a specific person to be added ?
your website shows only commercial use on top plan so is appsumo ltds allowed commercial use ?

A: Yes, you can upload reference images.
At the moment, you can use up to 5 image references. These can be different views/angles of the same room, style references, lighting references, furniture examples, specific decor items, or even pets that you want to include in the generated image.
For example, you can upload a room photo and also upload a cat photo, then ask Paintit.ai to place the cat...

low credits for any real workflows, minimum 600credits is better, at least over your starter plan.
