There isn't a fixed, plan-based character cap per generation in the project editor. The AppSumo plans don't meter generation by character credits, so you don't need to buy more credits to keep generating.

are there plans to make dramatised books with this? :) for example ill drop in my book (assign speakers for each) then it analysis the chapter, beats, etc. and knows when to make the characters scared, excited, use a whispering voice, yell, etc.?

Thanks for clarifying—you mean assigning the cast once, then having the software work out the emotional beats and direct every performance across the whole book automatically.
Vois Studio doesn't currently offer that fully automated workflow. You can assign different voices to your characters and generate a multi-speaker audiobook, but it doesn't automatically analyse the whole book...
Preserve-background-music vocal isolation and frame-accurate time-fitting are huge when dubbing existing videos into multiple languages so translated sentences never overlap.

Yes. You can generate Hungarian audio with Sonic in Vois Studio. The AppSumo deal includes this engine. Sonic also speaks English and Spanish.
Select Sonic as the engine. Select one of its built-in voices. Then select Hungarian as the language.
Hungarian voice cloning is not available.

Q: Norwegian are only on dialect
It’s only in a dialect; is it possible to get it in Norwegian Bokmål?

You can use Bokmål text in Vois Studio. Select Multilingual as the engine. Then select Norwegian as the language.
But there is no control that selects Bokmål pronunciation. Different voices and engines can give different accents.
