Q: Ai custom instructions and personalisation
Hi there,
I would like to understand if it's possible with ScaleIq to:
1. Set up custom instructions and a shared knowledge base for agents to reference back to one's own services and offers related to the ICP;
2. Filter out leads by injecting the ICP document;
3. Set up custom instructions for how messages get sent and written for the leads.
4. In general, whether it's possible to deeply personalise the outreach, or if the AI agent just handles outreach based on trained patterns and the general LinkedIn profile that it finds.

Give the agent deeper context by uploading files or URLs, so it can generate more relevant and personalized conversations.
- Advanced Agent Instructions
Control how the agent communicates by setting tone, rules, context, and language to match your exact style and positioning.
As for question 2 you can use a prompt to generate a lead list based on your target.
