Q: Thanks Maxime, for comprehensive responses, very helpful. Asking follow-up Q as a new question due to space.
From your response to Q5, I understand that additional context is on the roadmap and will come at some point. For now I need a workaround. Our website is for general-purpose information like most businesses, but we run specific campaigns with one service and one ICP in mind. For this, the target leads are segmented. So for each ICP, I want to train the agent on certain FAQs (one campaign at one time). Is there a way to upload the FAQs? If not, I can post the FAQs on a certain page of my website, but is there a way to limit the agent to only read that page? If not, then I will have to host the FAQs on an entirely different domain. I am thinking if the agent can read a domain, it can read a Google Doc, too? If not now, at least it should be easy to implement this feature? Please let me know which option will work right now.
Thanks
Jay

Right now, there’s no way to upload FAQs directly or restrict the agent to only one specific page of your website. It will use the overall context of the domain. So the best workaround for now is exactly what you mentioned, using a dedicated page or even a separate domain that is fully focused on that specific ICP and offer. That way the agent gets a much more precise context. It won’t read Google Docs directly at the moment, it needs a public URL it can access.
That said, we’re aiming to allow more flexible inputs like this next week, so you’ll be able to guide the agent much more precisely.
In the meantime, the “focused page or domain per campaign” is the best approach indeed !
Thank you Maxime, I am all in. And looking forward to the context updates.
