Q: Hi Team, congrats for building another potentially great tool. I am a happy user of RepliQ. I have a couple

of questions, please.
1) For the features "Send videos, images, and files". Is this directly through ScaliQ or through integration with RepliQ?
2) Is the intention for this feature to send the media after a connection is made or can these be sent in the invite message on a premium LinkedIn account.
3) The cap on the number of leads. the question has been asked before but for clarity, is this how many leads are "loaded" in ScaliQ or is it actions on leads?
4) Is it possible i) to add a manual step in a campaign? For example, the first response is made manually, or ii) for a certain campaign, all messages are manually reviewed and/or edited before being sent.
5) What personalisation for AI Agents is availale now and in the future?
6) Is intergartion with GoHighLevel possible now/on roadmap?
Thanks
Jay

A: Hey Jay, really appreciate it and glad to hear you’re enjoying RepliQ.
Great questions, let me go through them:

1/ Media (videos, images, files) can be sent directly through ScaliQ. RepliQ can be used alongside it if you want to push personalized videos, but it’s not required.

2/ These are sent after the connection is accepted. LinkedIn doesn’t allow media in connection requests, even on premium accounts.

3/ The cap refers to how many leads you load into ScaliQ. Once a lead is added, all actions (messages, follow-ups, replies) are included.

4/ i) Not fully yet, but you can already jump in manually anytime from the unified inbox and take over a conversation.
ii) Full message review/edit before sending is already live, you are able to control and view every message (under 1h) if you want.

5/ Right now, the agent uses your LinkedIn profile + your website + the prospect’s profile to generate personalized, contextual messages.
Coming next: advanced agent instructions (tone, rules, context) + knowledge base (files + URLs) to go much deeper.

6 / GoHighLevel is not integrated yet, but it’s something we’re considering for the roadmap.
